About the Founder

Hall Fogg, founder and President of Pinnacle Solutions LLC, blends over 25 years of management and team building experience with innovative assessment, coaching and organizational strategies to help his clients realize higher levels of performance and personal growth in the areas of employee selection, employee retention, communications training, conflict management and sales and management training.

Prior to founding Pinnacle, Hall managed business development for new growth and established companies. There he developed a well-balanced perspective about the problems associated with cultivating and growing successful organizations. He created sound strategies for developing long term client relationships, and his product penetration strategies were critical to the success of many recognized industry leaders.

Hall is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst in the delivery and analysis of DISC behavior assessments, a Certified Professional Values Analyst, and is certified in the science of Axiology, the basis of a ground breaking program, TriMetrix, developed to revolutionize the hiring process for any company at any level.

Hall is an active business leader within the community and is a member of the Souhegan, Nashua and Manchester Chambers of Commerce.

Hall’s desire to help people improve their life by discovering their hidden talents is not relegated strictly to the business world. In his spare time, Hall coaches the local high school golf team and in the winter is a ski instructor for 4-7 year old children.
