At Pinnacle Solutions, we see this mind set as one of the greatest challenges facing companies and individuals today in their quest to produce quality instead of quantity. “Self limiting attitudes” about one’s self, abilities and life position in general are the underlying demons of self limiting behavior, which translates to employee dissatisfaction, production shortfalls and turnover . In a world where we are systematically told what to do and how to do it there can be little surprise that most people have very limited experience in making accurate decisions for themselves or their companies.

Management Training
There are all types of management training programs in the market place today and most all focus on hard skills. That is what makes us different and so effective. Our management development program works with the individual’s soft skills (behavior, value system, cognitive thinking skills) and is based around the New Transactional Analysis. This discipline will enable managers to learn to focus more clearly and thereby make more accurate and less emotional decisions. It will allow participants to learn to “track” their decision making process while it is happening providing them real time feedback.

Assessment Strategies
We use an array of assessments in all of our programs. They enable us to design our training programs to effectively address our clients’ soft skill needs while allowing our clients to gain a deeper understanding about how and why they interact the way they do with other people. All of our assessments have gone through a rigorous validation process and are EEOC compliant.

Dynamic Communication Seminar
One of our most popular sessions, Dynamic Communication is a behaviorally-based communication seminar. It teaches people how to communicate using DISC language as a way of understanding themselves and others. At the end of this seminar participants will:
• Understand their own behavioral design
• Recognize, understand and appreciate others’ behavioral designs
• Adapt for enhanced communication, understanding and relationships

Each participant leaves with their own personal DISC report that can be used to help them continually learn about their behavior style and in turn improve their communication skills.

Attitude Is Showing Seminar
This half day seminar explores the world of our attitudes and how they affect our behavior and those around us. During this session we will look at the six attitudes that define our motivations. After attending this seminar you will:

• Know which attitudes drive your life, actions and decisions
• Understand the causes of conflict and be able to diffuse the situation
• Be able to recognize others’ attitudes and be able to see the world through their eyes
